Enthusiastic, dedicated day-of-event volunteers are needed. There are opportunities to work in the food tent, service player thirst stations, serve as registration volunteers, work with the scoreboard staff, help with event logistics or be a utility volunteer or "floater." Volunteers who work one full shift will receive complimentary lunch and Hoop Dreams t-shirt. Please come out and support a great event for a great cause! Please note that all Tournament volunteers must be 15 years of age as of June 14, 2008. We thank you for your cooperation.

LEADERSHIP VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES (Closed)

We have a limited number of Leadership Volunteer positions for those who are able to commit more time and are willing to be involved with the planning of the event and to possibly supervise other volunteers on the day of the event.

Leadership positions may require your participation in a conference call and a meeting before the event. Leadership positions require a full day commitment on Saturday, June 14, 2008 from 9:00am to approximately 6:00pm. One category of Leadership is the Court Supervisor. Court Supervisors should have basketball experience as a player, coach or league or Tournament organizer. Other non-basketball Leadership positions are described in greater detail on our special Leadership Volunteer website: http://hdtournament.wordpress.com/. If you are interested in serving as a Court Supervisor or Leadership Volunteer please register below.
