Register Your Team

Everyone is encouraged to register on-line.

In order to register your team, you will need the following information for at least three players. If you would like to add a 4th or 5th player later, please contact us. When adding additional players, please be sure and include all of the information listed below, for each new player.

All teams must have a minimum of three (3) to register. The following information is required at this time for at least three members of your team.

You will not be able to register on-line without this information. If you do not have this information available now, please return to this site when the information is available.

• First and last name.

• Age and date of birth.

• Height and weight.

• Basketball playing experience (Rookie, Recreational, High School, College, Semi-Pro/Pro).

• If a player has college or pro experience, you will need to name the school or league in which that person played.

• If a player has college experience, you will need to identify the NCAA division of the school at which that person played: i.e. D-1, D-2, D-3, Junior College, other.

• Valid e-mail address.

• Complete street mailing address.

• A working phone number.

Before proceeding, please download a Waiver of Claim form. Please have all team members sign the Waiver and then fax the it to 202-315-3606.

Jerseys/Team Uniforms
As an experiment this year we are asking each player to bring a dark t-shirt (navy,
black, dark green, etc.) to the Tournament. When combined with the white
Sprit Tournament t-shirt each participant will receive as a gift, each player/team will have a pair of jerseys: "white" and a "dark." We ask that you work with your
opponents in each game and wear different color jerseys. This will assist
the officials and scorekeepers to do a better job. Your cooperation will be
greatly appreciated.
